Me encantaron las tomas de diferentes lugares de toda Europa y el hecho de que el Chacal sepa todos esos idiomas diferentes.

The series is an adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross

Hodge is the third actor to play Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 sequel And Here Comes the Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which flopped at the box office and forced Lionsgate to scrap a planned sequel, Double Cross. Despite the fact that I have never read the source material of James Patterson’s books, I still heard about Alex Cross long before this TV show went into production.

It’s definitely something I knew I’d like, and I did it

a lot. Aldis Hodge is an up-and-coming and underrated actor, and he absolutely slays as Alex Cross.

He studies the victims to better understand who killed them

The series tells the story of Cross, a homicide detective and forensic psychologist from the District of Columbia. Here he tracks down a serial killer with his partner John Sampson (Isaiah Mustafa), who is also connected to his past.

The best thing about this show is that it is never boring

In addition to being a detective, he is also a family man, and he strives to be the best at both. That’s the least you want from the show, to be involved in the story and never be bored.

But as the story develops it becomes obvious that inside the bunker society there is some conspiracy plot – the totalitarian ideology inside, built to preserve order and guarantees the survival of the community is built on lies.

All who tries to solve it dies from mysterious reasons

The laws prohibit any items from before and artificially limit opportunities to develop and progress. The story pulls off with a couple failing to make a baby and eventually questioning the natural reasons and assuming an evil plot.

Season 1 leaves us with more questions than answers, but it is a very intriguing and captivating detective story in a science fiction setting

Absolutely nailed the tone and atmosphere

The DC Studios logo is set in a raining Gotham alley. Featured in Graham Norton in genres: Lady Gaga/Demi Moore/Colin Farrell/Richard Ayoade/Jack Savoretti (2024). It’s gritty and grimy and dark, but Farrell is able to capture that glimmer of charm that Gandolfini’s Tony Soprano did.

Amazing is the right word

A lot of dark stuff goes down in this opening episode, but there’s still comedic moments that match the tone and don’t undermine it.Where to start with Farrell. Love to see talented star actors go all in on roles like this, and the makeup/cgi or whatever exactly they did with transforming him into the penguin physically not only passes the eye test, it looks incredibly realistic. There’s always the risk that if the make up job isn’t good enough or is just a little off, it can be completely distracting.

Kudos to everyone involved with this project

In the penguin, it adds to his performance and the overall quality of the show because it’s such a damn good job. And Farrell as an actor is completely immersed in this role. I’m maybe a little biased because he’s one of my favorite actors prior to this show, but I think this is going to get him well-deserved accolades.I never really tune into new shows right away because I like to watch the episodes all at once, but I wanted to see how this one actually came out.Didn’t disappoint, in fact blew me away.

Redmayne’s brilliance alone makes it worth watching, but Lynch’s shortcomings slightly diminish the experience

Overall, the film is a gripping adaptation, but it struggles at times with uneven performances.
